From social media, "that girl" was formed. A woman who prioritizes themselves into the best form of themselves they could possibly be; by waking up as early as 5 am, drinking Matcha and gallons of water, only consuming clean products and never forgetting to leave the house without their self-care regimen and sunscreen on.
Being "that girl" is impressive, and honestly, makes you feel amazing, but how long can this go on for?
Waking up at 5 am every day and going for a run? What happens when life starts to take a toll? What happens when you start slacking? Burn out?
How do you learn to accept that not every day has to be a picture-perfect Tik Tok, and THAT'S OKAY! Here we talk about the struggles to become the best and most practical version of you. The Real Life "THAT GIRL"

First, let's talk about priorities; what are your top priorities, whether they consist of working out every day, drinking more water, getting better grades, etc.? Your "that girl" persona needs to have a priority checklist. Sometimes it's okay if you have an assignment that you want to get a good grade on, but because that requires extra time, you may not be able to get to your daily workout.
This is where the next topic comes in, Balance. Without Balance, "that girl" will never be something that lasts; what happens when you wanna go for dinner and that plate of pasta or dessert doesn't fit into your 'all clean' diet, or what if you skip your workouts for a week as you've been under stress, that's okay. Balance is a beautiful thing, as we get to know our body and understand what we need, what makes us feel good, and not stress ourselves when we need a break.
That girl perfectly represents your most productive self, which makes you feel the most effective and accomplished, not what social media portrays it to be. Whatever makes you feel like you've been productive is what your dream 'that girl' is. Don't let social media fool you into thinking if you are not a certain way; you are not productive and worthy. Be what you consider your own 'that girl'.
