WHO IS BEE?

The Boujee Bee? Why did I choose that name, you might wonder. Well, let me explain. Ever since I was twelve years old, I've been DJing and running my own DJ business. It was during that time that I came up with the persona of "Boujee." To me, Boujee represents the love for all things luxurious, a keen eye for finer things in life, and having a particular taste. And since my name is Bianca, my friends started calling me Bee as a nickname. So, naturally, the persona of Boujee Bee was born.

Aside from my passion for music, my life encompasses various other aspects. I currently call Toronto, Canada, my home, where I'm pursuing a degree in marketing and communications at university. I'm in my second year, and I'm determined to merge my love for music with my academic pursuits to create a successful career path for myself.

When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, I discovered a newfound appreciation for self-care. I realized how crucial it is to take time for oneself and prioritize well-being. My self-care practices vary from indulging in a quick ten-minute TikTok scroll to treating myself to a relaxing bath, engaging in invigorating workouts, going for refreshing walks, diving into captivating books, or even cultivating small daily habits. I firmly believe that self-care is essential for everyone's overall well-being.
